These terms govern your use of gngn.fun. By connecting a wallet or otherwise using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What GNGN is
GNGN is a non-custodial interface that helps you request quotes and build transactions to swap tokenized stocks and crypto assets on Robinhood Chain. GNGN does not hold, control, or have access to your funds at any point. Every transaction is signed by you, from your own wallet.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction, and you are responsible for making sure that using a service like this is permitted where you live. Some tokenized assets or trading activity may not be available or legal in every region, and it is your responsibility to check before you trade.
No financial advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Prices for tokenized stocks and crypto assets can be extremely volatile, and trading them carries real risk, including the risk of losing some or all of the value involved. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose, and you should do your own research before making any decision.
Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the security of your own wallet, including your private keys and seed phrase. GNGN will never ask you for either.
- You are responsible for reviewing every transaction in your wallet before approving it, including the tokens involved, the amounts, and the network fees.
- You are responsible for verifying token addresses and contract details yourself. Anyone can create a token with a name or symbol that looks like something else, and GNGN is not responsible for losses caused by interacting with the wrong asset.
- You will not use GNGN for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that attempts to abuse, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the services it connects to.
No warranty
GNGN is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that quotes will always be accurate, that the site will be free of interruptions or errors, or that any particular transaction will succeed. Blockchain transactions, once confirmed on chain, generally cannot be reversed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GNGN and anyone involved in building or operating it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.
Third party services
Using GNGN involves interacting with third party infrastructure such as blockchain networks, wallet providers, and pricing and routing services. GNGN does not control these services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or performance.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
